What's truffle butter?




How to make a truffle butter :





125 gr (4.4 ounce) of butter

  10 gr (0.35 ounce) of tuber melanosporum black truffle

a pinch of salt







 Leave the butter in a container at room temperature until its texture is pomade.


 Finely carve about 10 grams of truffle.


 Take the fresh truffle slices and chop them into small pieces.


 Add the pieces of truffles to the butter and a few pinches of salt.


 Mix and leave it in the fridge a few days before using it.






You can use this truffled butter as an appetizer on toast, in a risotto, pasta, on meat or simply in mashed potatoes.




You can prepare the truffle butter with different varieties of truffles.
