Truffle Brillat Savarin cheese  



Brillat Truffé is a cow's milk truffle cheese with a 40% fat cream

Soft cheese with a bloomy rind. The best time to taste Brillat-Savarin truffles is from April to October.

This truffle cheese has a white rind, a slight lactic smell and a creamy, oily taste, enhanced by lots of truffles and subtle woody notes. We advise you to taste it with a dry white wine such as Châteauneuf du Pape.

It is a raw milk PDO cheese with 28% fat and from the family of soft cheeses with a bloomy rind.
